OSHA/Airline Ergonomic Alliance for Baggage Handling

Ms. Jillings and airline representatives from the OSHA/Airline Industry Alliance presented a review of the Alliance and covered the Alliance–sponsored Voluntary Protection Programs Seminar. In addition, the workshop updated the OSHA’s Baggage Handling eTool and the development of an ergonomics-training manual for airline employees. The workshop discussed the value of working with OSHA and presented a look at the future of this Alliance.
