topics such as process safety management, lockout-tagout, machine guarding and ergonomics. The
seminar also included a presentation by Bonnita Winningham, Strategic Team Leader, Omaha Area
Office, USDOL-OSHA, on the lessons learned from the Nebraska Meat Industry/OSHA Partnership.
