THE FEDERAL NETWORK FOR YOUNG WORKER SAFETY AND HEALTH Parent Safety and Health Checklist |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Parents can better protect their children by determining whether safety and health are valued at their teens’ workplace.
This sample checklist is a tool for parents to use with their teens: before the teens look for work; after they have received job training;
and to help identify questions or topics not covered in their training or orientation. You may also wish to request a copy of the
employer-youth checklist from your teen’s employer.
