Increased precision, accuracy, and confidence in individual lab results can be accomplished by establishing an effective Quality Control Program. An effective program can maintain some independence from the sample analysis, can prepare blind samples to routinely assess and allow correction for any analytical problems or difficulties, and allow for troubleshooting.
