Other federal agencies have adopted regulations which may impact occupational
hazards from the sale of pyrotechnics. These include the following:
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
Note: These are NOT OSHA regulations. However, they
do provide guidance from their originating organizations related to worker
protection.
- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
Inspects sites of any accident or fire where there is reason to believe that explosive
materials were involved. Other Federal agencies, or State or local agencies,
might also investigate such incidents, depending on the circumstances.
