Violation: Ladder is not stabilized and is also on the slope (unlevel) portion of the roof
1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders shall be used on stable and level surfaces.

Violation: Ladder is not stabilized and is also on the slope (unlevel) portion of the roof.
 
 

Note: Ladder could be made level and stabilized by building a bracket on the roof. Fall protection would be required for access to the ladder.
